I love this machine. It’s easy to use, easy to clean and the coffee products are fresh and delicious. The milk frother is also easy to use and clean. If you don’t get a good thick froth, don’t give up. Try a few different kinds of milk (or soy milk) until you find one that provides a good froth. I bought this coffee maker for my mother for Christmas because she loves to drink cappuccinos and she loves it. The big difference between this machine and other pod coffee machines is the automatic milk frother, none of the others have this feature.
I wanted a machine that is easy to use and you don’t have to mess with hot steam to froth the milk. Great machine even though it’s a bit pricy.
Our whole family uses the Nespresso CitiZ, My husband loves espresso (Black) me coffee latte and the kids use the automatic frother to make themselves hot chocolate. Its so simple to use the kids have no problem using it and best of all there is very little mess to clean up afterwards.
