This pretty little machine delivers a truly excellent Cappuccino. I was hesitant at first to order but with Amazon its just so simple to return if need be. The sample pack that comes with it helps a lot. You can see what flavors U like best (I am GLAD I ordered an extra 24 pack of cappuccino). The hot chocolate capsules are very nice and the espresso smells fantastic. This has been a great machine for me over the years it makes great gourmet coffee and is very easy to use. I have moved onto the new model Dolce Gusto now because this one was starting to get a bit noisy.

I would agree with Debbie, this is a good machine but before you buy it checkout the new model Dolce Gusto in the link she provided. I bought it last week and it has a few new features and is much more quite.
